Secondly, lots of discussion is happing right now that centers around the name of the grip. Here’s my input

I’m using a very specific form of dynamic tension for the way I personally play the Reverse Kimura. Although similar in some respects to the Russian Tie, it’s not the same in practise or concept

@kitdaleofficial’s Great White Grip is similar but also different, most notably in the way he locks his arms

Any Catch Wrestlers wanting to put the words “Double Wrist Lock” on this thing can suck an extra large bag of dicks

In conclusion, each of these terms refer to very similar but quite different kinds of single arm control

Learn them all! Use them all! Except if you say double wrist lock… you know who you are

I’ve been playing with and mapping out used of this grip for the better part of the last year

Besides being a damn cheat code to taking the back, there is an absolute LITANY of Attack and Sweeps available from all over the place
