This week I’ve been working on some curriculum from @da_rulk’s #rftlevel1 course. The belt and vest really limit torso flexion so stuff like the gorillas are really difficult because my mag pouches and OC spray dig into my quads and torso. Still can do crawls and sit throughs but the extra weight of the gear (20lbs / 9kgs) really adds up towards the end. I did 10 sets of this movement pattern and my quads and core were really feeling it halfway through.
