BMAC in Mexico: CJJ World Title and MMA Mexico

Just returned from another unforgettable weekend in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, immersed in the ever-passionate Jiu Jitsu culture. Whether I’m in Vegas, Cali, Austin, Costa Rica, Spain, Serbia, England, Ireland, or elsewhere, Mexico continues to be one of my all-time favorite destinations. The warmth of the people and the vibrant fight culture is unmatched.

A huge shoutout to the dedicated team – Victor, Eddie, Manny, Octavio, Vanessa, Roman, and many others who tirelessly work behind the scenes to make these events stand out.

This weekend was packed with action! Not only did we have the CJJ Worlds, but Victor also spearheaded a massive event for MMA Mexico. And what an event it was! Every single fight concluded in the first round, and I had the privilege of enjoying it from the prime seats.

Special highlights include Dorian Olivarez’s stellar performance at CJJ Worlds and witnessing my Black Belt, Joe Kai, making his CJJ debut.
