In this new episode we have a special message just for beginners (but certainly worthwhile for anyone)… Grab a coffee or a cold drink and join me for a listen! We discuss the first 6 months of BJJ and what to be mindful of and where to find the best lessons. We talk about what it really means to by a “spaz” as a beginner and why this even happens… and how to move past it. Give us a listen, comment below and be sure to click the ‘subscribe’ button! Happy training Ninjas

Loving the series ? I’m turning 45 this year and 1 lesson into my BJJ journey. I look forward to catching up on your existing videos and devouring your new videos. Planning on attending next years origin BJJ immersion camp. Was tempted to come this year but I live in Australia so thought I’d get 1 year of classes under my belt then make the big trip over. Thanks again..!

Totally agree. I'm 52 and practicing Judo. Many elders start to train with us to be with their childeren, to have fun. We always point out to take it step by step and follow them to protect. Keep up the good work. Love the after 40 aspect 🙂
