  5. Doninick Cruz is a one of a kind, the first of his kind, he is the original.
    His style is to MMA what Willie Peps style was to boxing, which influences boxers & coaches to this day.
    To criticize him, Id say his unorthadoxy while it has created his unique style, it has also robbed him of some orthadox/conventional boxing methods of generating fight ending power, efficiently & sustainably.
    We seen that flaw in the Garbrant fight, Cody read his wide telegraphed strikes n had Cruz swinging at air.
    Cruz now needs to add a little bit of Garbrants more traditional boxing style striking to his arsenal.
    Even if its just some basics like a solid respectable double jab + cross from each stance.

  28. Cody solved the puzzle so easily though, Cruz generates no power, so just dont bite on feints, let him hit you than land a power shot

  31. I'm wondering if countering his crouch bump feint with your own "crouch bump feint w/ a hop back: is a viable. Essentially turning the T into an "11". I felt like Teofimo used that effectively in a couple of key moments in his fight with Loma.

  33. glad to see some luke Thomas love, that dude gets a lot of hate but he's a student of the game more than any other reporter that's for sure. Still baffles me how some media members report on mma, but don't even understand it nor try to.
