  3. It’s not that Danna white doesn’t like ben askren or khabib, he just doesn’t like wrestling purist style of fighting, which is smart cause most people like stand up striking when they pay 100 for ppv

  9. Khabib and Askren basically have the same approach…get in close throw a punch while going for the takedown…but they both do it in a relentless fashion.

  10. Incredible how simple it can go, judo/wrestling and ground and pound, no real need for boxing/kickboxing or jujitsu.
    Its a so easy against Thai fighters its shocking.

  32. Biggest takeaway for me is that if you hit askren you’ll pay for it with you back in the mat. The way he went from the single to the body lock trip and ending up in deep half and swept Lima instantly was poetry. The man deserves his acclaim.

  35. The way Aksren toys with people in the cage is insane. He's an amazing grappler. What's even more insane is how Marcelo Garcia was toying with him. Just… levels man… so many levels.

  36. Incredible examples of effective wrestling in mma. Cant rely on the double leg when they sprawl out like that.. but then he re-postures and gets a vice and gets the take down. Elite level grappling.

  37. Ok, Ill admit it… I'ma huge Funky Fan!! He is really interesting and exciting addition the UFC F-Dana! He should have had in the UFC years ago. I used to think Dana was a fair guy but the is a fraud.
