Back attack study- Notice the commonalities between this sequence and the clip yesterday with yuri. A simple pass off from my strangle arm to a single cross wrist gives me initial control of his secondary hand. Following that, a simple dilemma between him using his primary defensive hand to either protect his neck, or strip my cross wrist. Had he attempted to strip the cross wrist grip, he would have given me a double cross. Instead, he chose to protect his neck from the strangle, making it easy to trap his secondary hand with my legs. After that, using a simple 1 on 1 to trap his primary hand made it easy to fight for a strangle. Realizing both of his hands were trapped, he tried switching sides, like yuri, but that only made things worse. @bjj.fanatics
