At least once a month I try to complete a few #HIIT rounds in full uniform (usually on my Friday towards the end of the shift since I have to wash everything afterwards anyway). I want to experience how the extra weight affects my ability to move. Torso flexion is impeded a lot, and torso rotation to deliver strikes is harder too. better to know in training that to find out when it’s real. 1) weighted sideways #shrimping 2) #jiujitsu transitions on the motion master 3) #triangles w/ the gi 4) #sledgehammer 5) low #kicks 6) #agilityladder.
