At least once a month I try to complete a few #HIIT rounds in full uniform (usually on my Friday towards the end of the shift or on a day off). I want to experience how the extra weight affects movement. Torso flexion is impeded a lot, torso rotation to deliver strikes is harder and the gas mask makes everything more challenging.
