At least once a month I try to complete a few #HIIT rounds in full uniform (usually on my Friday towards the end of the shift or on a day off). I want to experience how the extra weight affects movement. Torso flexion is impeded a lot, torso rotation to deliver strikes is harder and the gas mask makes everything more challenging. Better to know limitations in training that to find out when it’s real. 1) weighted sideways #shrimping 2) #jiujitsu transitions on the motion master 3) #Lsit #pullups w/ the gi 4) #sledgehammer 5) low #kicks 6) #agilityladder.
