-repeat
-40 Swinging Armbars to the tap
-40 Cross Grip Armbars to the tap
-Intro to Guard Pulling Armbars and soon Flying Armbars
-8 minutes positional fighting from Guard
-3 rounds comp rounds with point to prep for AGF
