A new idea I’ve been playing with for rotational strength, a huge component in so many positions for BJJ. •
Key here is to maintain two parallel lines between the ribs and hips by pulling the ring cage down and tucking the hips up. Don’t let this space to “open up” and over extend in the lower back. Aim for as much control with the leg movement as possible, which as you can see, ain’t easy.
