?Another #armbar option from the back guys. Whenever I’m attacking from the back I always try to isolate an arm and trap it first with my legs for added control and an easier finish. Control the wrist using the grip I show, replace control with leg, take both grips to the shoulder and rotate to bring the second leg into place to set up the finish (if at this point you lose the first leg control or your opponent manages to turn in then the triangle choke is right there) @lewisrkw @realdealjiujitsu
