The most important factor in any strength & conditioning program is progression. #kettlebell swings are great exercise for #Bjj given the hip drive movement, though it’s important to know where, when and how to fit then in your program. Perfect for building #power, studies have shown they’re just as effective as squat jumps.
However, to be most effective you first need to build the right level of base strength and then know the correct loads & reps (typically no more than 5 or 6) to develop power.
