Sit down all day at work? Drive or sit on your commute? Then there’s a good chance you’ve got week glutes.
As a #bjj practitioner weak glutes can mean a weak bridge, weak hips and poor movement on the bottom.
This simple looking exercise as part of your warmup will help activate your glutes PLUS strengthen the muscles through your hips and groin, VERY important in BJJ.
If you’re only doing simple up & down movements, this multi directional movement with the hips will make a HUGE difference to how you function.
