I got asked this question on YouTube and was sent a video on Facebook showing that he was getting to the triangle but was struggling when people threw the legs over.
Some things I’m doing and slightly touched on. I am hooking near his knee closer to the ankle may work but this would give them more of a chance to do that. I am also crunching in and attaching my head to his leg to prevent the step over and tightening any loose space.
In the video he had the triangle locked up it just seemed lost because he has his legs crossed. As long as your triangle is locked up you are still in the better position and can overpower it.
But if you are at the edge of your triangle it may be harder.
P.S. no liabilities
