Rolling Sweep

The rolling sweep is one of the first sweeps you will learn from half guard. It is a basic move. That means it is very effective, which is why beginners can be successful with it even with a minor grasp.

But if you know all the little details, it becomes extremely effective. I highlight some of the small details I like to focus on in this video.
