This class introduces the concepts and techniques of the traditional worm guard. Emphasis will be on setting up the grips, the primary sweeping option and recovering into offensive positions once your worm guard is being compromised. This class will largely not cover new ground from Keenan’s instruction on the worm guard, but serve as a foundation to explore into more unique lapel techniques.
