I tried to do @da_rulk’s advanced #workout on @centrfit. It’s comprised of #bodyweight movements with 30 seconds of rest between each cluster. It was only a little more than 12 minutes total time but I couldn’t do it with good form without adding more rest between each cluster. Brutal, and exactly what I would expect from Rulk.
