Throwback to an intense sparring session with former @bellatormma champ @liammcgeary1. We were both preparing for our Bellator debut. He won by KO I won by breaking my opponents orbital. I encourage everyone to wear headgear to avoid getting cut, we just never liked it. No one enjoyed sparring either of us 😒.
