I remember the days I had no food in my stomach before morning training. My family was passing to a hard moment financially speaking…we used to count every meal in order to make sure we had something for the next days. I used to drink a cup of black coffee with butter so I could have some energy/calories to finish the training strong. I never complain about that, I was happy doing what I love, I had friends, family, great training…later on I heard about the bullet proof coffee & also about intermittent fasting tho haha! I was doing that without knowing it. I could complain and stop training just by thinking about that I wasn’t having enough food to become a champion. But I know God is under control of all things, there’s no struggles, He is always testing our faith. I’m super happy for all the “hard” moments in life. Thank you Lord!!! “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”
James 1:2-4
