One of the Most Effective Attack Series in Jiu Jitsu

This is my foundational attack series for the double sleeve position. The triangle from this series is what Felipe Andrew submitted Keenan Cornelius with ya Europeans this year. It’s great for beginners to advanced and provide dangerous attacks and easy transitions for modern attacks like Berimbolo, Sit Up Guard, De La Riva, as well as setting up closed guard well.
