This is a segment of my last injury prevention workshop at @ufultimatefitness .
Here I am introducing my morning joint maintenance routine, which is full body controlled articular rotations (CARs). The intention is to take your joints through their full available pain-free motion every day. Not only does this maintain your current level of mobility but it also makes the individual aware of their joint limitations and where they need to focus their mobility efforts.
.
Next injury prevention workshop will be in February with focus on the lower extremity: hips, knees and ankles.
.
In addition to reviewing the morning routine I will be showing exercises to heel hook proof your knees and ankles as well as give strategies to improve hip mobility specifically for jiu jitsu.
