I’m reading some of these comments on here and have to laugh. I am in no shape or form saying I can’t beat Gordon Ryan. I just don’t understand what has happened to the jiu jitsu I started learning over 20 years ago. Giving your back? But scooting? Getting suplexexed on your head almost breaking your skull and neck? This is not the self defense art I studied. Bizarre!!!! Gordon Ryan is amazing. I take nothing from him. He is one of the best in the world. I guess I just see certain aspects of jiu jitsu differently. Different jiu jitsu practitioners have different styles. To each their own.
