    Well yeah, you don't need to play guard. You don't need to know BJJ to be a good grappler. Wrestlers have excellent ground fluency; they just have a different style.
    It's like dutch kickboxing vs Muay Thai.

    Most wrestlers aren't Catch Wrestlers, so they just need to learn the subs. That's it.
    They already know how to control people on the ground. They already know how to get to dominant positions. That's the overwhelming majority of wrestling . Everyone focuses on "the takedowns" because of MMA, but that's just the prelude to the bulk of wrestling.

  12. Anyone know where I can rewatch keenan live vid watching adcc. I see a notification of him going live but I had no clue he was wasting and commenting on the tournament. I thought it was gonna be him there going live goofing off outside the mats or something

  14. Something to note here: karpinnen won bronze because mesquita couldn't continue for the match for obvious reasons and she got it by default. Gabi just smother their opponents.
