In this sequence, I go through a hip activating bridge sequence and then transitioning to a hip mobility and stretching portion.
This is unique to BJJ as these are movements that are both useful and seen frequently in jiu-jitsu but they are also positions that you may find yourself in during training.

3. Single-Leg Bridge With Knee To Chest
4. Single-Leg Bridge With Opposite Hamstring Stretch
