It sounds silly but breathing is so important to our cardio. Ok, it is silly. Of course, it is. But how often during the strenuous parts of a roll do we just plain forget and hold our breath. When we exercise our strength and find ourselves holding our breath. This is a recipe to gas out…and when you are really, really tired your Jiu Jitsu suffers and suffers badly. But there is no need.
