Full body pushups for upper body pushing power. •
Right now I’m in a power & speed phase leading up the no gi worlds (pending my neck recovering in time ?). While the bulk of the work is spent on the lower body and core, I still add in some upper body power work.

I recommended 2-3 sets of 3-4 reps, 2x per week. •
Focus on maintaining a tight core and stable spine and pick your feet up before the hands. If I’m honest with myself, on the ascent, I can probably do a better job of keeping my body in line.
