As kids we have all kinds of energy, courage and curiosity, then we graduate from school, then we get a job, then we start a family, and then by the time we achieve success the “movie” of our lives is coming to an end since we put everyone else’s needs before our own and we’ve disqualified ourselves from learning and growing in a completely new direction just because society tells us we’re too old.
This was Jean Dousset’s story until tried his first class in Gracie Combatives this morning. Now the fire is lit, and he’s hooked because he knows he’s NOT too old and he’s NOT going to get injured.
