4 Way Shoulder Mobility Exercises For BJJ (With A Belt)


In this quick shoulder mobility sequence, a belt is used to perform basic shoulder stretches.
Quick and useful as a basic warm-up for tight shoulders or a cool-down stretching sequence.

Can be done anywhere before or after training. 5 repetitions for 5 second holds is a great place to start.

Light and comfortable stretch with all movements.
