Hey Phil, really enjoying the Ground Control program but I had some questions as I am about to start month 2 (weeks 5-9)
1) For split stance trap bar, should I do the reps for each side, 5 with left leg forward, five with the right? Or just stick with my preferred side?
2) Are there more details about threshold training? I don't have an airdyne or prowler at my gym so some more options would be useful
3) I can't find anything on the Daru Press, could you go through that please?

Phil is brilliant. Lots of knowledge. I have Been a trainer for years and in martial arts and designing Unique exercises to Help but i always learn something from him. Or things i did but didn't know how to explain the why just the how??? He does that perfectly and clearly in explaining
