Why are BJJ guys so obsessed with trying to reinvent the wheel when it comes to basic strength training? Why do you believe it’s so different from literally every other sport in existence which has utilized and proven out the big five lifts as the primary bedrock of strength training?
Perhaps it’s because we have weight classes like 125 pounds which encourage grown adults to remain the size of a small teenager for their entire lives.
